Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made FRP moulds
• Used products
• Products damaged due to improper handling

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
